Aspirio offers specialist golf performance mentoring for junior golfers aged 8–18, supporting confidence, focus, emotional control, and decision-making under pressure.
Working alongside coaching and technical training, golf mentoring focuses on the mental and behavioural side of performance — helping young golfers feel calmer, more prepared, and more consistent in both practice and competition.
Based in Bath, I support junior golfers nationally, internationally, and online, with on-course mentoring available at selected events and training environments.
Who Golf Performance Mentoring Is For
Golf performance mentoring is particularly suited to junior golfers who:
What Golf Performance Mentoring Focuses On
Golf places unique mental demands on young players. Long rounds, individual responsibility, and constant decision-making mean mindset plays a critical role in performance.
Mentoring focuses on:
Managing nerves and emotional responses on the course
Building confidence and self-belief under pressure
Developing effective pre-shot and between-shot routines
Improving focus, patience, and decision-making
Handling setbacks, mistakes, and momentum shifts
Supporting long-term development and enjoyment of the game
How Support Is Delivered
Online Golf Performance Mentoring
Online sessions focus on mindset development, confidence, goal setting, reflection on performances, and preparation for upcoming events.
On-Course Mentoring & Competition Support
Where appropriate, I work with junior golfers on the course during practice rounds or competitive environments. This allows real-time support around decision-making, emotional control, focus, and course management.
On-course mentoring is practical, calm, and designed to complement — not replace — technical coaching.
Working with Junior Tour Scotland
Aspirio works in partnership with Junior Tour Scotland, providing golf performance mentoring support at selected events.
Support is designed to help young players feel calmer, more focused, and better prepared — both before they tee off and while out on the course. Sessions are short, purposeful, and tailored to the demands of tournament golf.
This partnership reflects Aspirio’s commitment to supporting junior golfers in a way that prioritises confidence, development, and long-term enjoyment of the game.

Event & Tournament Support
Event-based golf performance mentoring is available to junior golfers competing in tournaments, tours, or performance programmes.
Support may include:
Pre-round preparation to settle nerves and sharpen focus
On-course mindset and course-management support during practice rounds
Observation and feedback during competition
Post-round reflection and performance debriefs
Event support is available in the UK and internationally, subject to scheduling.
Working Alongside Coaches and Programmes
Golf performance mentoring is designed to work alongside technical coaching, physical training, and existing performance programmes.
The focus is not swing mechanics or technical instruction, but the behaviours, mindset, and emotional skills that allow young golfers to perform consistently and confidently when it matters most.
Supporting Junior Golfers to Perform with Confidence
If your child is committed to golf and would benefit from support with confidence, focus, or competition pressure, I’d be happy to discuss how golf performance mentoring could help.
Sessions are available online, in person, and at selected events.
