I support families in Bath, across the UK, and in the USA with flexible online and in-person sessions to help young people build confidence, resilience, and performance in school, sport, and life.

Children’s academic mentoring at Aspirio provides personalised, one-to-one support to help your child build confidence, improve study skills, and succeed in school. Sessions are tailored to your child’s age, learning style, and school requirements—whether they’re in the UK, USA, or learning online.
Academic mentoring covers:
  • Organisation and effective study routines
  • Exam techniques and revision strategies
  • Building confidence and motivation
  • Support with GCSEs, A-levels, SATs, or other key exams (as relevant)
  • Guidance on university applications and transitioning to independent learning
My goal is to help every child feel focused, resilient, and ready to achieve their best—at any stage of their academic journey.
Children’s sports mentoring at Aspirio is about more than physical coaching—it’s focused on developing the mindset, resilience, and focus young athletes need to excel in sport and life. Each session is personalised to your child’s age, ability, ambitions, and sport, whether they’re just starting or aiming for high-level competition.
Sports mentoring covers:

  • Staying calm under pressure and managing nerves
  • Improving decision-making and focus during training and competition
  • Goal-setting, routine building, and balancing school with sports commitments
  • Recovering from setbacks and learning from challenges
Sessions are available online or in person, supporting children and teens in Bath, across the UK, and in the USA. My goal is to help every young athlete grow both on and off the field—developing confidence, motivation, and a positive mindset for sport and life.
Absolutely. My university preparation mentoring supports students through every step of the transition—from A-level or SAT/ACT revision to building essential study and research skills.
I help with:

  • Developing strong note-taking, research, and independent learning skills
  • Writing compelling personal statements or college essays
  • Preparing for university or college interviews
  • Managing deadlines and workload to avoid stress and burnout
Whether your child is confident in their next steps or feeling uncertain about the future, my mentoring provides clarity, structure, and motivation—helping them approach university or college with confidence and resilience.

Yes! As part of our partnership, Junior Tour Scotland families can book a dedicated session for £50 per hour. Select this option when booking or mention your membership when you get in touch.
Standard mentoring sessions last 50 minutes—long enough to make real progress while keeping young minds engaged and focused. You can choose from:
  • Regular weekly sessions for ongoing support
  • Short-term blocks to target specific goals or challenges
  • Flexible scheduling to fit around your child’s school, sports, or family commitments
All sessions are tailored to your child’s needs, and I’m happy to work with you to create a plan that suits your family best.
No—Aspirio’s mentoring sessions are available year-round, not just during school term time. I support children and teens throughout the academic year, during school holidays, and in the lead-up to important events like exams or competitions.
Year-round mentoring helps your child:
  • Prepare for the new academic year
  • Build and maintain study habits or sporting routines
  • Manage stress during peak periods, such as exam season
  • Continue developing confidence and resilience, even outside of term time
Sessions are flexible and can be adjusted to meet your child’s needs at any point in the year.
Most mentoring sessions are delivered online, making it easy for children and teens across the UK, USA, and beyond to access support wherever they are. Online sessions are flexible, convenient, and fit around your family’s schedule.
For families in Bath and Wiltshire, in-person sessions are available. I am also happy to travel for mentoring sessions, events, or competitions—having previously worked with families in locations such as Yeovil, Birmingham, and (soon) Scotland. If you’re interested in in-person support outside my local area, please get in touch to discuss what’s possible.
Whether online or in person, all sessions are personalised to your child’s needs and designed to help them thrive in school, sports, and life.
Children’s mentoring sessions start at £65 for a 50-minute online session. Discounts are available when you book a block of 4 or 6 sessions, making ongoing support more affordable for families.
Pricing may vary based on session length, frequency, and whether sessions are online or in person (including travel for events or competitions). For families outside the UK, I’m happy to discuss rates in your local currency.

I provide sports mentoring for a wide range of sports, with a particular focus on golf, field hockey, tennis, swimming, netball, rugby, football (soccer), athletics, and more. With over 15 years’ experience as a PE teacher and qualified coach, I’ve supported hundreds of young athletes at all levels—from beginners to those competing nationally and internationally.
While I have played several sports at a high level, my core expertise lies in sports psychology and mental coaching. My mentoring is designed to help young athletes develop the mindset, confidence, and focus they need to perform at their best—regardless of their chosen sport.
Rather than technical coaching, I offer personalised support in:
  • Goal-setting and motivation
  • Building resilience and self-belief
  • Managing nerves and competition pressure
  • Developing healthy routines and balance
Sessions are tailored to your child’s sport, personality, and ambitions—whether they’re aiming for success in golf, hockey, tennis, rugby, football, cricket, or any other sport. I work with young athletes across the UK, USA, and internationally, both online and in person.

Matthew kept composed after a "bad shot" and didn't allow his full round to fall apart. 2 under handicap rounds Session 3. Penina. Review of 2 rounds and ficus for r3. Matthew was joint 1st net Recognisable progress with routine and reset, which was commented on by others who have known him for years. "We were introduced to Kylie through Junior Tour Scotland to help our son with the mental side of golf. He has had a combination of sessions including on course and one to one (face to face and online). Kylie is very easy to talk to and quickly picks up on potential discussion points and issues. She is great at explaining and ensuring understanding and follows up with a detailed report which is great for reflection. Kylie has quickly built a great rapport with our son and has given him some useful tools to help him cope with pressure situations on the golf course. We are delighted with the support and guidance Kylie has provided and with the impact it has had in a short time; we can’t recommend Kylie enough."

Emma Gordon

“My son Ben first met Kylie while on a golf trip with Junior Tour Scotland. Kylie was very professional and personable, giving Ben the confidence to speak openly with her about any subject he felt he needed help with. Kylie helped give Ben the practical steps needed to enhance his mindset and focus which in turn improves performance when it comes to competing. I would highly recommend Kylie if your child is looking to gain confidence within themselves. Ben will certainly be back for more sessions.”

“Kylie was recommended to me as a mentor for my 15 year old daughter to help her with the mental side of playing golf. Kylie took the time to listen to my daughter and ourselves to tailor meetings to best encourage and support her mentally not only on the golf course but with school work and life in general. Sessions have been a mixture of online and on course which has meant Kylie travelling up to Scotland for the face to face meetings. After each session a detailed written mentoring feedback report is shared with information on reviewing previous goals, discussion points and ongoing targets. Kylie is down to earth, friendly, approachable and a good listener. She has quickly formed a positive, supportive relationship with my daughter who has made good progress already in the 6 weeks they have been working together. Kylie’s rates are very fair and a lot cheaper than others who offer a similar service. I can’t recommend Kylie enough.”

“Kylie was an inspiring mentor for my daughter during the tricky teenage years when she struggled with low self-confidence, self-esteem and body image. With Kylie’s amazing support, my daughter not only overcame her issues but also had the tools to manage them. She started to believe in herself and her abilities. Kylie’s kind, relatable and empathetic attitude made all the difference. She helped my daughter lay the foundations for becoming a successful young woman both academically and athletically, guiding her as she continued to pursue her dream of becoming a track and field star one day. Our gratitude for Kylie’s support and guidance is immeasurable.”
